Returns & Refunds
Because each order is hand-crafted with care, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made magnets. However, if your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
To begin a request, please contact us at hello@wonderfullymademagnets.com within the specified time frame. Include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item for documentation.
Order Changes
Due to our quick turnaround time, if you need to change your order, please do so ASAP by emailing us at hello@wonderfullymademagnets.com. We can only update an order before it goes into production. After this window we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Shipping Issues
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.
